Mission

Year after year, Erik Dilan has delivered for the residents of the 54th Assembly District.

He’s a relentless fighter who is unafraid to stand up to powerful lobbies and do what is right for the 54th Assembly District, New York City, and New York State. Among his many achievements, Erik has tirelessly fought for better wages for working families, implemented tough gun laws to safeguard our children, passed the Reproductive Health Care Act to protect a woman’s right to choose, and delivered billions of dollars in additional education aid that has reduced class size and helped fund four new schools in the district. Additionally, he’s fought to create more affordable housing in our neighborhoods. He’s a family man who understands the challenges we all face and works hard to represent the interests of people from Bedford-Stuyvesant, Bushwick, Cypress Hills, and East New York.
